I’m a different person now, and not because I’ve already implemented all of the teachings and learnings, but because I am now open to them, noticing them, and learning from them.
The retreat was magical! Steph and VJ created a truly welcoming and warm environment for all of the retreat participants to feel a sense of community and belonging, during and even after the retreat. I’m very grateful.
As the journey went on, my heart did in fact grow a few sizes; it was as though I did come home to myself... A nice balance of scheduled activities, guided experiences and free time. I also really appreciated the 'check-ins' and sharing.
This is the first time I’ve gotten home from somewhere and immediately wanted to go back, to go deeper, to explore more. So thank you for that. At this point it really is “okay what’s next? Sign me up.”
