will be woven with practices of explorative yoga, movement arts, meditation, sound & voice medicine, creative expression workshops, shamanic work, stimulating discussions, and deep immersion in your true nature.

YOUR AT-HOME ONLINE RETREAT EXPERIENCE
wIll be facilitated by Space of Love Co-Founders Stephanie Kittell and VJ Bala. Taking all the juiciness of our international retreats and bringing them online to meet you where you're at, through an artful combination of pre-recorded (play as you feel) audio and video content, and scheduled live online video conferencing sessions. All you need is a computer or mobile device, an internet connection, and a commitment to carving out some space in your day.

THESE PRACTICES ARE OPEN TO ALL CURIOUS SPIRITS
(regardless of your experience or abilities), and all activities are optional. You are invited to honour your needs and your space. Of course, the alchemy is in the sharing! We’ll be co-creating an intimate container - a loving and encouraging space to move your body, free your authentic voice, empower your possibilities, and connect more deeply within and with each other.
